5. Service delivery
The contracted services do not involve the delivery of physical goods, but rather the performance of administrative procedures by the PROVIDER. Service activation begins once payment is confirmed and contact with the client is established. The client must provide the necessary documentation. Estimated processing times are stated with each service and may vary due to administrative factors.
