Who are we?

At Quicknienumber, we believe that a new start in Spain should be hassle-free. Whether you are coming for work, study, to start your own business or to enjoy Spanish life, you should be able to get started quickly and without any fuss. And that includes well-organised administration.

The founder of Quicknienumber, Sam, discovered for himself how difficult this can be. When he moved to Spain a few years ago, he postponed getting his NIE number. “I’ll sort that out when I get there,” he thought. It turned out to be more difficult than expected: due to bureaucratic delays and inadequate information, it took more than three months before he received his NIE. During that time, he lost his job and missed out on valuable opportunities.

That experience was the inspiration for Quicknienumber. Today, we help others to start their Spanish adventure well prepared. No stress, no hassle, no missed opportunities.

What do we do?

We assist you in arranging all kinds of official documents in Spain, such as:

  • Applying for an NIE number remotely
  • Applying for an NIE number in Spain
  • Residencia applications
  • TIE card and visas for non-EU citizens

We speak Dutch, English and Spanish and work closely with local authorities in Spain. This allows us to respond quickly and ensure that you don’t have to figure anything out yourself.

    Ylenia is our immigration specialist and assists clients with immigration and residence procedures in Spain. She helps with the preparation and completion of applications.
